We’re Community Integrated Care - one of the UK’s biggest social care charities. We’re all about dignity, choice, and living your best life. Join us and help make “Your Life, Your Choice” a reality for thousands.

Are you an experienced Care Assistant or Support Worker with a passion for helping others? Do you thrive in a calm, structured environment and want to be part of a team that truly changes lives?

We’re looking for dedicated Support Workers to join our team and provide overnight support to two young men with complex autism, living independently in their own homes—right next door to each other.

About The Role

You’ll be part of a close-knit team providing waking night support—ensuring safety, comfort, and consistency through the night. These young men are full of energy and personality, and while your shift is overnight, understanding their routines and needs is key.

About The People We Support

These two young men are:

* Very active - they walk up to 7 miles a day, go to the gym, swim, trampoline, and horse ride weekly.
* Creative and social - they enjoy Nintendo, YouTube, music, drawing, cooking, and spending time outdoors.
* Routine-driven - structure, boundaries, and positive reinforcement are essential.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Providing overnight support and ensuring a safe, calm environment
* Supporting with personal care, medication, and household tasks
* Maintaining clear boundaries and routines
* Working as part of a team that values resilience, compassion, and consistency

What We’re Looking For

* Experience with complex autism is essential
* Physically fit and emotionally resilient
* Able to maintain strong boundaries and follow structured routines
* A calm, observant, and supportive presence during the night

Shifts & Contracts

* Waking Night Shifts: 10pm - 8am
* Contracts: 33 hours per week - permanent role
