It would be even more beneficial if you are technologically adept and conversant with online client interfaces.You will work mainly directly with clients, supported by technical experts with solid communication skills and experience in the delivery of advanced ground improvement methods. Geobear’s commitment to sustainability and reducing environmental impact further distinguishes it from competitors.You’ll receive world-class sales and technical training through our specialist online learning system and in-person from members of the worldwide Geobear team.Requirements:Technical sales experience5+ years working in the construction industry, preferably in the residential buildings sectorRelevant qualification in the construction, engineering, or surveying sectors (BSc / MSc / OND / HND / Degree, etc.)Knowledge of subsidence problems in the UKExperience in customer-facing roles with evident customer care skillsExperience with virtual technology operating systemsA full driving licenceMoney motivation is a plusDuties:Set weekly and daily activity and result targets and seek to exceed themQualify new inbound opportunities Undertake online and in-person site visitsDesign projects Interpret site investigation, arborist and drain survey data to assist with producing detailed treatment designsPrepare pricing and quotationFollow up daily and accurately forecast expected order datesInput data in a timely manner to CRM systemEnsure all orders received are ready for scheduling and delivery as quickly as possibleSupport with technical queries during deliverySupport finance to collect cash from the clientLiaise with complaint customers and perform complaint visitsFollow company proceduresCollect and act on feedback on the on site performance of your projectsContribute to sales process developmentAct as a flexible and proactive team memberSalaryJoin us for a competitive base salary, generous commissions for top performers, exceptional earnings potential, comprehensive healthcare, pension, car allowance, and 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays. In addition to base salary, an industry leading commission programme is available to all of our Area Managers with the opportunity to achieve £100k plus commission per financial year with over achieving sales targets per year.
