We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 1 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive Catholic primary school in the heart of Cardiff. This is an exciting opportunity to support children in the early years of their education, helping to nurture their learning, wellbeing, and personal growth.
The school has a warm, family feel with around 450 pupils on roll and a strong reputation for fostering a supportive and caring community. Person specification:
* Experience working with children, ideally in a primary school setting
* A positive, proactive and flexible approach
* Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
* A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
