We are expanding our education team and offering flexible and ongoing opportunities across a range of schools in the Wantage and wider Oxfordshire area. This role is ideal for experienced Cover Supervisors, Graduates, Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs), or individuals with experience working with young people who are looking to gain valuable classroom experience or progress into a teaching career. Cover Supervisor Responsibilities Supervising classes in the absence of the teacher Delivering pre-planned lessons and ensuring work is completed Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies Supporting students with learning and engagement Providing feedback to teaching staff at the end of the lesson Cover Supervisor Requirements Experience working with children or young people (essential) Previous classroom or school-based experience (desirable) Confident classroom and behaviour management skills Ability to engage and motivate students Right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available) Why Work With Completely Care?
