What you'll bring to the team
Keep our stock flowing smoothly across the park You'll ensure all stock is accurately distributed and controlled in and out of the Warehouse, following agreed procedures and meeting set timeframes. Your role also includes supporting the commercial team and wider park operations by receiving, storing, and delivering all incoming goods efficiently—helping keep everything running seamlessly behind the scenes.
Key Accountabilities
* Proactively deals with any queries from the commercial and Operational teams.
* Ensure all deliveries to units are correctly picked, delivered on time, in good condition.
* Immediately advise the unit's team leader when frozen product has been delivered.
* Report all urgent findings & communicate immediately to the relevant Team Leader.
* Ensure correct procedures and appearance is adhered to when delivering on Park during operating times.
* Ensure suppliers are dealt with efficiently, professionally and procedures followed.
* Pick orders for units, ensuring all retail stock is bar-coded.
* Assist with regular stock counts, ensuring accuracy at all times.
* Complete all cleaning schedules, temperature checks and vehicle checks.
* Maintain correct storage and rotation of stock within the Warehouse informing your line manager of any out of date/damaged stock.
* Ensure correct operation of vehicles with constant attention to the safeguard of the vehicles / Staff and park in general
* Maintain good housekeeping.
* Receive all incoming goods to the warehouse accurately, reporting any discrepancies within the agreed timeframe to the line manager / Administrator.
* Ensuring all equipment is looked after and in good working order, also complete daily/ weekly vehicles checks.
* Carry out cleaning program of the warehouse according to hygiene schedule.
