Join Our Dynamic Logistics Team in Bromley-by-Bow!
Stafforce are looking for motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our client as Warehouse & Transport Coordinators. This role is central to keeping warehouse operations running smoothly, ensuring parcels are sorted, drivers are supported, and customers receive excellent service.
Shift Patterns (Late Shifts):
* 12:30pm - 9:30pm
* 1:30pm - 10:30pm
* 2:30pm - 11:30pm
* (Rota varies depending on business needs: Mon-Fri, Tues-Sat, or Wed-Sun)
Pay: £13.77 per hour (rising after 12 weeks)
Contract: Temp to Perm
Start Date: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
* Complete driver and parcel checks
* Handle customer calls and emails
* Sort, organise, and prepare parcels for delivery
* Load/unload parcels and maintain a tidy workspace
* Repackage damaged parcels where needed
* Verify shipping labels and ensure accurate routing
* Support drivers and ensure smooth daily operations
* Collaborate with the team to meet targets and deadlines
* Report any discrepancies, damage, or safety concerns
What We Are Looking For:
* Previous warehouse or parcel sorting experience (preferred)
* Confidence using computers (essential)
* Strong attention to detail and organisation
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to lift/move parcels and work on your feet
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holiday
