IT Systems Analyst

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our digital transformation journey, focusing on integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations with other systems.
This role will support the organisation's digital transformation journey, with a focus on Microsoft 365 cloud technologies including SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Azure and related services. The role will contribute to the successful implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and the broader technology maturity roadmap by designing, developing, and maintaining collaborative and process-driven solutions that enhance business efficiency and user experience.
The ideal candidate would be a natural problem solver and analytical thinker who holds clear and confident communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions using SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure and other M365 tools.
* Design and configure SharePoint Online sites, document libraries, workflows, and permissions to support departmental and cross-functional collaboration.
* Develop and maintain Power Platform solutions to automate manual processes and improve data visibility and decision-making.
* Provide technical support and guidance to users across the organisation, ensuring high levels of adoption and satisfaction.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business needs and the organisation's digital strategy.
* Maintain system documentation, including configuration records, user guides, and governance policies.
* Ensure compliance with data protection regulations, security standards, and internal governance frameworks.
* Support integration efforts between M365 tools and the evolving D365 platform.
* Maintain suitable and safe levels of housekeeping at all times within the working environment
* Actively support the Swift 'EPIC' values ethos

Required Skills and Qualifications
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a Systems Analyst or similar role within an enterprise IT environment.
* Strong working knowledge of SharePoint Online (site architecture, permissions, content management).
* Experience with Power Platform Development and Administration (Power Apps, Power Automate).
* Familiarity with Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, Exchange Online).
* Understanding of data integration and connectors within the M365 ecosystem.
* Experience gathering and analysing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
* Familiarity with governance, compliance, and security best practices in cloud environments.
Nice-to-Haves:
* Experience supporting or working within a D365 implementation programme
* Microsoft certifications (e.g. PL-100, PL-200, MS-600, MS-900
* Working knowledge of Azure services and Active Directory
* Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Javascript
* Exposure to DevOps, Agile or ITIL methodologies
