We are looking for people who:

* Are naturally caring, flexible, and emotionally resilient
* Have great communication skills, are positive, energetic, and enjoy sports and activities
* Are passionate about engaging with and supporting young people
* Have experience and qualifications in care or transferable skills from sectors like mental health, police, education, or working with vulnerable people
* Can remain calm in challenging situations
* Hold a full UK driving license
* Can work flexibly, including shifts and sleep-ins

Salary: £12.60 per hour plus an additional sleep-in rate of £62.64 per sleep-in. Full-time or part-time shifts of 16-24 hours per week, including long days and sleep-ins.


Role overview:

We seek a children's support worker to care for young people with complex emotional needs and challenging behaviors. You will encourage, be patient and understanding, and inspire growth and development. The role can be emotionally demanding but offers the opportunity to make a positive difference in lives.
