Responsibilities
Oversee the maintenance and development of parks and public spaces.
Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently to achieve operational goals.
Collaborate with local government and community stakeholders to develop and implement strategic plans for parks.
Lead a team of facilities and environment staff, providing training and support as needed.
Develop and enforce policies and procedures related to park usage and environmental care.
Promote sustainability initiatives within all park operations and facilities management.
Monitor and report on the condition of park facilities and recommend necessary improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in environmental science, landscape architecture, park management, or a related field.
Proven experience in facilities management, especially in outdoor or public space environments.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Knowledge of environmental regulations and best practices in park management.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial resources effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Per Hour: £21.49
