Maintain accurate AP records and ensure suppliers are paid on time. Respond to supplier and internal queries promptly and professionally. Manage weekly payment runs, including upload and reconciliation via Bankline. Maintain supplier master data and support audit preparation. Identify opportunities to improve AP processes and contribute to efficiency projects. Provide general administrative support to the finance team and assist with ad hoc tasks. About You Experience managing Accounts Payable operations independently. Confident user of Microsoft Excel and familiar with financial data handling. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management. Good understanding of VAT regulations and basic bookkeeping principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, “can-do” attitude. Experience with Microsoft Business Central is desirable but not essential. Interested?
