Brand Manager
Staffline Ireland recruiting for a Brand Manager on behalf of a leading Estate Agent. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a thriving property business and high performing team, with a strong presence in resale, new homes, premium homes, property management and commercial sectors. As Brand Manager with one direct report, you will be the driving force behind the marketing strategy and brand execution across the business.
Responsibilities:
1. Devise and deliver multi-channel marketing strategies across all business divisions.
2. Plan, execute and report on campaigns ROI across digital, social and traditional channels.
3. Influence senior stakeholders and present confidently to multiple audiences.
4. Lead the marketing on-boarding and rebrand of new franchise offices.
5. Track all marketing KPIs, web traffic, lead generation and paid media effectiveness to measure success. Report on key learnings to management team and New Homes clients.
6. Reconcile, review and reforecast the marketing budget on a monthly/quarterly basis.
7. Own the content and advertising strategy across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
8. Oversee paid social ad placements and performance analytics.
9. Lead content curation and planning for organic channels.
10. Champion SEO, website content and UX optimisation.
11. Own and enforce brand guidelines across all customer touchpoints.
12. Lead on all internal and external communications, including CSR initiatives, recruitment advertising and internal monthly newsletters.
13. Organise and lead regular marketing training sessions for internal teams and franchisees.
14. Ensure best-in-class client-facing marketing materials (pitch decks, brochures etc).
15. Lead regular brand check-ins with branch offices to ensure consistency.
16. Lead marketing relationships with external suppliers and media partners.
17. Act as the lead marketing liaison with sister company - sharing ideas, attending and presenting at conferences, and aligning campaigns.
18. Develop and distribute regular market updates and reports, in conjunction with the company's central research function.

Person Specification:
20. Degree in Marketing, Communications or related discipline
21. 8 years' experience in a marketing or brand-focused role
22. Proven ability to manage campaigns from concept through to execution
23. Strong commercial mindset with focus on ROI and performance metrics
24. Excellent communication and presentation skills
25. Highly organised and self-motivated
26. Comfortable with digital tools, platforms and content creation
Desirable Criteria:
27. Experience in people management
28. Familiarity with the UK/Ireland property market
29. Working knowledge of Google Ads, Analytics, CRM tools and email platforms
