What you'll do Oversee all day-to-day financial operations including accounting, budgeting, cash flow, and payroll. Lead preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts. Produce accurate financial reports and interpret financial data to support strategic decisions. Develop and manage budgeting processes, forecasts, and financial planning. Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and external advisors. Monitor key financial KPIs and implement cost control measures. Oversee Accounts Payable and Receivable, ensuring healthy working capital management. Oversee the Financial Planning Analysis and make recommendations to improve efficiency and reduce cost. Implement and maintain robust financial controls and systems Managing the operating costs and analysing the cost variances.
