This client is a thriving, growing business who have an exciting Team Leader role to work in an electronics production / assembly environment. This role will be working closely with the Production Manager to ensure that the team are working in a safe, efficient manner, checking quality, training individuals and daily management of the team as well as resolving any operation issues.
Job Description:
1. To lead, motivate, and coordinate staff to meet daily output, quality standards, and KPIs
2. To enforce safety regulations, drive a zero-tolerance safety culture, and oversee proper PPE usage
3. Train, coach, and schedule staff to ensure skill development and high performance
4. To support continuous improvement within the process for the business
5. To check the quality of the production work to the required standards
6. Using in-house systems for documentation
Candidate Requirements:
7. Proven team leader skills and experience within a manufacturing or production environment
8. Strong people and process management skills
9. Strong communication and leadership skills
10. Ability to motivate a team
11. Sound Health & Safety knowledge
12. Good IT skills

This role would suit candidates with the following experience: Production Supervisor, Manufacturing supervisor, Manufacturing team leader, production team leader, assembly team leader, assembly supervisor, shift coordinator, production coordinator, production controller, process leader, first line manager
Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, there will also be 1 in 4 Saturday’s once the person is trained
Salary: £32,000 – £35,000 Per Annum
