The work includes Employment Tribunal litigation from instruction through to resolution, advocacy at preliminary and substantive hearings, settlement negotiations and advisory matters arising from disciplinary, grievance and dismissal processes. You’ll be trusted to lead files independently while collaborating with partners on more complex or high-value cases. As your experience develops, there will be scope to take on increased responsibility through mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to client development and wider team initiatives.
