About the Role
As a Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting pupils with diverse additional needs (including ASC, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties).
Your day-to-day will include:
Providing tailored 1:1 and small group support to ensure all pupils can access the curriculum.
Implementing specialised education and behaviour plans alongside the SENDCo and class teachers.
Creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment where students feel confident.
Monitoring, assessing, and reporting on student progress to help them reach their full potential.

What We Are Looking For:
Qualifications: A minimum of a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
Experience: Proven experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) within a school setting.
Attributes: A patient, resilient, and empathetic nature with excellent communication skills.
Compliance: An enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one), plus satisfactory references.
