Responsibilities
The Fixed Income ETF Portfolio Management team is part of the broader Global Fixed Income group and is responsible for overseeing, implementing, and managing $9 billion of ETF assets across passive and active portfolios. This individual will serve as a primary subject matter expert and spokesperson for the Firm's Fixed Income ETF strategies. The Client Portfolio Manager (CPM) will bridge the gap between the portfolio management teams and clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders, providing insights into the investment philosophy, process, and performance of the ETF products. The CPM will support the distribution team, drive client engagement, and contribute to the growth of the Firm's ETF platform.
Principal responsibilities include:
* Prospect and Client engagement - Represent the ETF team and articulate investment philosophy, process, portfolio positioning, and performance drivers.
* Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand client investment objectives and tailor ETF solutions accordingly.
* Internal Collaboration and Coordination - Partner with sales, marketing, and portfolio management teams to support client acquisition and retention. Drive new business initiatives, liaising with product development and sales, and supporting RFP documentation.
* Product and Thought Leadership - Develop and produce content for sales teams, advisors, and clients.
* Performance reporting and commentary - Oversee and coordinate periodic ETF reporting, including monthly/quarterly reports and updating ETF pitchbooks.
* Strategic Input - Provide client feedback and market intelligence to investment teams. Participate in product design and market intelligence. Support new product launches.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
* Basic knowledge of, and passion for, the asset management business and capital markets; prior Fixed Income and/or ETF experience is a plus.
* Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
* Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment.
* Strong interpersonal skills: build trust and confidence among colleagues, strengthen relationships through dialogue and interactions, and collaborate effectively internally.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
* CFA or progress toward CFA designation is a plus.
