Working directly beneath the Chief Operating Officer, you’ll get hands-on experience in business development, relationship management, and event delivery from day one. Over the next year, we’re delivering National Interview Week (March 2027) alongside multiple Industry Edition events, connecting students with professionals across the UK through fully remote interview experiences. This is a junior, entry-level role with a strong sales focus. You’ll be supported, but you’ll also be expected to be proactive, speak to people every day, and take ownership of your pipeline.
