Role Purpose As the Marketing Manager, you will be the internal marketing champion, coordinating daily marketing activities, and managing external consultants to ensure brand consistency and effective messaging. This role is perfect for an experienced marketer in the professional services or B2B sector who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Own and maintain the company marketing plan aligned with business development priorities.
Act as the primary point of contact for external marketing consultants and agencies.
Ensure consistent application of the brand across all materials and channels.
Coordinate the production of engaging marketing content, including brochures, case studies, and newsletters.
Manage marketing-related activities using HubSpot CRM. 📈
Plan and coordinate industry events, conferences, and exhibitions. 🎉
Assist in the planning of courses given by consultants and engage with the associated social and customer networking activities.
Track marketing activities and provide straightforward performance reports.
Produce and track the annual marketing budgets in conjunction with the business development team.
Collaborate closely with senior leadership and business development teams.
Candidate Profile
Essential
3-5 years of experience in a marketing role.
Background in professional services, consultancy, engineering, or B2B sectors.
Strong written communication and content-editing skills. ✍️
Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
Confident in managing external suppliers and consultants.
Organised, pragmatic, and comfortable operating autonomously.
Ability to navigate a corporate social environment with ease.
Desirable
Exposure to technical or engineering-led businesses.
Experience supporting international or multi-office organisations.
