If so, we want to hear from you! Springwood Leisure Centre is currently recruiting a Duty Manager to join our dedicated leisure team. As a Duty Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our multi-purpose venue, including our sports hall, ATP pitches, sports bookings, gym and studios, meeting rooms and other amenities. Your day will be filled with variety, from opening and closing the Arena to handling customer queries and supervising our team. We're looking for a highly motivated individual who can think on their feet, remain calm under pressure, and provide exceptional customer service. As a Duty Manager, you'll be responsible for: * Providing a warm welcome to our customers and ensuring they have an exceptional experience * Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, maintenance, health and safety checks, security and team supervision * Planning and preparing areas and equipment for sessions, events and meeting room bookings, whilst ensuring all safety procedures are in place * Supervising staff, allocating tasks, and implementing people management procedures In return for your hard work and dedication, we'll provide you with comprehensive training to help you develop your skills and progress in your role.
