Receptionist We are delighted to be recruiting for a permanent Receptionist for a Global Investment Bank for their London office. This is a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment where high standards and autonomy are key. THE ROLE: This is a busy, client-facing Sole Receptionist role where you will take ownership of the front of house function and support the smooth running of the office, day to day will include: Manage the full reception area: screening calls, welcoming guests, coordinating refreshments, handling admin requests Oversee meeting rooms, managing back‑to‑back bookings and confidential information Support executives with ad hoc admin (expenses, travel) General office support: database updates, events assistance, supplier liaison, stock ordering Coordinate with cleaners and hospitality to maintain exceptional standards The ideal candidate is polished, proactive, a confident communicator who thrives independently, delivers exceptional service, and stays calm while juggling multiple tasks.
