Role Overview
We are currently looking for an experienced Multi Trader to carry out ongoing void works on residential properties. The role is predominantly carpentry-based, with additional basic plumbing and flooring duties required to support property turnaround works.
Key Responsibilities

Carpentry works including repairs, replacements, and adjustments
*
Hanging and adjusting doors, skirting, architraves, and basic joinery
*
Basic plumbing works such as tap changes, leak repairs, and waste adjustments
*
Flat lay flooring where required
*
Making good following maintenance works
*
Working independently within void properties
*
Maintaining clean, safe, and professional work areas
*
Adhering to site Health & Safety procedures
Requirements
*
Proven experience as a Multi Trader or Carpenter
*
Strong carpentry background (essential)
*
Basic plumbing capability
*
Experience laying flat flooring preferred
*
Ability to work independently on void properties
*
Own tools required
*
CSCS card preferred
*
Reliable and punctual
