We are looking for an accomplished General Manager to lead our dedicated restaurant team! As the cornerstone of the restaurant, you'll oversee all aspects of operations and ensure unparalleled guest experiences.
* You should possess the capability to autonomously manage and optimize the restaurant's performance.
* You will be capable of overseeing daily operations, maintaining rigorous standards of service and hospitality, and demonstrating a sharp acumen for financial management and cost efficiency.
* Your leadership will empower our team to consistently deliver exceptional service and foster a welcoming atmosphere.
* You’ll collaborate closely with the Operations Manager and Operation Director, actively participating in P&L meetings and strategising with the operations team to streamline processes and enhance operational effectiveness.
* You will work closely with the HR team to effectively communicate and implement company policies and people strategies to ensure seamless team coordination and foster a supportive and inclusive work environment.
* You will prioritise Health and Safety compliance, ensuring the restaurant meets and exceeds regulatory standards. This includes implementing rigorous protocols and conducting regular inspections.
