EverythingPadel is one of the UK's leading padel retailers We run a growing online padel store, a physical shop, and a YouTube channel with over 80,000 subscribers. Our team is small but ambitious, currently 5 members working across orders, customer service, content, and finance. We have a friendly, hard-working environment where every team member has a clear role but also gets stuck in wherever needed.
We are looking for a Stock & Store Operations Assistant to join our team part-time (2–5 pm, Mon–Fri). Your main responsibility will be ensuring stock accuracy across rackets, shoes, bags and accessories. A crucial part of our business that directly impacts customer satisfaction. You will also support with orders, deliveries, and keeping the store tidy and professional.
This role is perfect for someone who is organised, detail-focused, and proactive, who enjoys taking ownership of tasks and working independently.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
* Assist with packing and preparing orders.
* Carry out daily stock takes of rackets, shoes, and other equipment.
* Keep our website stock levels accurate and up to date.
* Receive deliveries, check items against invoices, and restock shelves.
* Process customer returns (check condition, restock, flag issues).
* Manage Royal Mail collections when required.
* Maintain a tidy, professional store and backroom environment.

* Comfortable using a computer to update stock and process orders.
* Previous retail or stock management experience is a bonus, but not required.
