💼 What You’ll Be Doing

* Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of managers, coaches, and assistants.
* Be a visible, inspiring presence on the gym floor—engaging with members and driving retention.
* Ensure operational excellence across health & safety, cleanliness, and compliance.
* Drive membership growth through local marketing, outreach, and community events.
* Monitor financial performance and deliver against key business targets.

🧠 What You’ll Bring

* Proven leadership experience in fitness, leisure, or hospitality.
* Strong commercial acumen and a track record of growing revenue.
* Passion for health and fitness, with a hands-on approach to member engagement.
* Experience managing teams and driving performance.
* Ideally, previous experience as a Fitness Manager, Duty Manager, or GM in a high-volume setting.
