Are you our next Technical Administrator?
We are looking for an organised and meticulous individual to join our Technical/Engineering team as our Technical Administrator. You'll be the fourth person in our small but high-performing team.
This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across departments, with a strong focus on both technical support and quality assurance. You'll be the first point of contact for internal technical queries, managing part number requests and retrieving or supplying technical data to and from various departments. You'll also be responsible for conducting quality assurance testing on our pipe and related products, and for documenting compliance to ensure our high manufacturing standards are consistently met.
We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organised, and proactive—someone who enjoys problem-solving and working collaboratively across different teams. While experience in a technical or manufacturing environment is an advantage, what's most important is your willingness to learn and your ability to communicate clearly and efficiently. You'll need to be comfortable managing multiple tasks and triaging issues, escalating them to the wider technical team when necessary to keep everything running smoothly.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious team where your contributions will be seen and valued. The role offers plenty of variety and the chance to grow with the business. Whether you're already experienced or early in your technical career, if you're someone who enjoys rolling up your sleeves and making a difference, we'd love to hear from you.

· Serve as a key point of contact for technical queries from internal departments, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
