This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded GP Training Practice in Salisbury offering a well-structured working day, outstanding MDT support and a genuinely collaborative culture. The practice has built an impressive clinical support structure, with ANP-led triage, a home visiting service and strong pharmacy support helping to keep GP workload safe and sustainable.
Salary & Benefits
1. Circa £12,500 per session rising to £13,000 after 6 months

Workload & Structure
7. 4–6 sessions available
8. 15-minute appointments throughout
9. No home visits
10. No traditional Duty Doctor
11. ANP-led triage model
12. Mixture of pre-booked and same-day appointments
13. Pooled list with fair-share admin only
14. Daily whole-team clinical meeting at 1:30pm
