Service Advisor Required in Weybridge, Surrey
Pay: Up to £32,000 Basic + £12k OTE
Hours: 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday + Saturday mornings on a rota

Benefits:
1. Basic salary of £32,000 with an OTE of up to £44,000 including bonuses
2. Generous bonus structure, averaging £1,000 per month, with additional incentives based on labour sales, service plans, extended warranties, and geometries

Duties:
7. Welcome customers and assist with service booking appointments in a professional manner
8. Advise customers on required services and work efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction
9. Upsell service plans, warranties, and additional repairs where appropriate
10. Manage customer enquiries and provide updates during the vehicle's service cycle
11. Liaise with technicians and other team members to ensure timely completion of work
12. Document all customer interactions accurately within the dealership’s CRM system using Kerridge and other main dealer software
Requirements:
13. Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade, ideally with a background in premium or luxury brands
14. Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
15. Knowledge of Kerridge or similar dealership management systems
16. Ability to speak confidently with a discerning customer demographic
17. Organised, energetic, and able to thrive in a team environment
18. Valid UK driving licence and a professional approach to customer service
