MCS Group are delighted to be partnering with a leading engineering and manufacturing business to recruit a Sales and Marketing Administrator to join their growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting both the sales and marketing functions, working closely with internal teams to help drive customer engagement, brand awareness, and business development activity.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer and enquiry information
* Process sales quotations, orders, and customer follow-ups
* Track customer activity and support the sales team with timely communications
* Assist with incoming customer enquiries via phone and email
* Act as a key point of coordination between sales, marketing, and other departments
* Assist with the planning and scheduling of marketing campaigns
* Coordinate content for LinkedIn, email campaigns, and website updates
* Support the creation of brochures, presentations, case studies, and other marketing materials
* Upload and maintain website content including product pages and company news
* Track marketing campaign performance and report on key metrics
* Assist in the organisation of trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
* Manage marketing assets including images, documents, and branded materials
Essential Criteria
* Previous experience within a sales support, marketing, or administrative role
* Experience working within a B2B, engineering, or manufacturing environment
* Good working knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office
* Experience managing website content and LinkedIn activity
* Experience using Canva, Adobe, or similar design tools
