We are a global total workforce solutions firm; we enable organisations to thrive in an age of constant change by building, re-shaping, and optimising workforces. \n\nOur Contingent Workforce Solutions (CWS) is one of our service offerings; we act as an extension of our clients' recruitment team and provide professional interim and temporary resources.\n\nOur client, a major UK retail bank, provides every day banking services to over 17 million retail customers.

The banks expertise and services span across Business Services, Corporate banking, Wealth Management, Group Functions, Retail and Investment Banking.\n\nOn behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a Business Insights and Change Analyst for a 6 month contract based in London or Edinburgh, 2 times per week in the office. \n\nPurpose of the Role:\n\nThis role involves supporting the delivery of Pan-Bank Customer Segmentation initiatives, which are critical to enabling strategic transformation across the organisation. In addition, the role supports ongoing business-as-usual (BAU) activities such as performance reporting, brand tracking, target-setting, and campaign evaluation.\n\nAs a Business Insights and Change Analyst you will be responsible for:\n\nSupporting project and change delivery activities, including: Creating and maintaining project templates and documentation, following up on actions and chasing progress across teams and ensuring timely delivery of tasks and milestones.\nAssisting with customer reporting and BAU processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency.\nCollaborating closely with the Customer Insights & Excellence team and wider Marketing department.\nEngaging with key stakeholders across the Franchise teams (Retail, Commercial, Institutional Banking) and Functional teams (Product, Data Analytics, etc.)\nParticipating in daily stand-ups to review progress, set priorities, and address blockers.\nContributing to quarterly planning sessions.What we require from the candidate:\n\nGood customer insight all-rounder with a focus on driving activity.\nFinancial Services background in a Brand/Strategy environment.\nExperience of delivering customer Segmentation projects would be a distinct advantage.\nOutstanding stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.\nExperience designing and managing project meeting and reporting.\nStrong PowerPoint & Excel skills for storytelling.Next steps\n\nThis client will only accept workers operating via an Umbrella or PAYE engagement model.\n\nIf you are interested in applying for this position and meet the criteria outlined above, please click the link to apply and we will contact you with an update in due course.\n\nAMS, a Recruitment Process Outsourcing Company, may in the delivery of some of its services be deemed to operate as an Employment Agency or an Employment Business
