UMS Marketing are seeking an experienced marketing campaigns manager to join its team with the desire to drive business, coordinate and manage projects/campaigns between members of the team and ability to work across a variety of sectors. Reporting To: Overall reporting to The Group Commercial Director in addition to the individual business managers for each business entity within the group. Key Responsibilities: ? Develop and manage the marketing strategies for each business entity in line with each businesss growth plan. ? Creating marketing campaigns based on the marketing strategies and managing these campaigns effectively. ? Creating ideas for the marketing campaigns. ? Oversee and manage the marketing activities for the group; taking responsibility for coordinating the various parts of the strategies implemented. ? Liaising with the social media team including feeding back priorities and progress. ? Reviewing and monitoring the key inputs contributing to the various strategies. ? Having creative input / ideas for copywriting and website updating as and when required. ? Conducting competitor, trends and market analysis. ? Develop relationships with each business lead within the group in order to understand each organisations growth plans and develop appropriate strategies for each entity. ? Being an active member of the management team where you will attend multiple weekly meetings for reporting, feedback and performance reviewing. Expected Working Hours: 44 Hours; projects and deadlines may determine the working hours required; flexibility on working hours is offered in order to meet the needs of both the business and successful candidate. Remuneration: Starting package of £35,000 with regular salary reviews.
