At Paragon Customer Communications Sheffield, we’re on the lookout for a passionate, results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to help us expand our reach and secure game-changing opportunities across our core service lines: commercial print, web-to-print, warehouse, and fulfilment services.
As a BDM, you’ll be the engine behind our business growth — identifying, pursuing, and converting new business opportunities into long-term success stories. You'll focus on building valuable relationships with ideal clients and delivering innovative solutions that drive profitability. You will ideally have SAS integration experience aligning our customers with our online portal solution.
Hit and exceed revenue & profit targets through strategic business development.
Lead generation through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Negotiate and secure long-term Key Account contracts.
Present impactful KPIs, online demos, and tailored training sessions.
Report monthly performance against internal metrics.
