Scope:
This strategic, high-impact role involves defining and executing strategies that address pain points for various buyer personas, analyzing how Blue Yonder uniquely solves these issues, and integrating these insights into go-to-market processes. The ideal candidate understands storytelling's art and science.
You will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine persona details, enhance competitive positioning, and develop strategies to engage a wide range of buyers. If you excel at storytelling that drives engagement, builds trust, and influences decisions, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Portfolio Messaging: Collaborate with product, field, and marketing teams to craft compelling narratives that inform, inspire, and persuade, motivating buyers to act.
2. Persona Messaging Design: Identify buyer personas and develop 'persona maps' detailing pain points and emotional influences on buying decisions.
3. Audience Go-to-Market Optimization: Partner with revenue marketing to refine digital messaging and content, enhancing engagement and accelerating pipeline growth.
4. Competitive Intelligence: Lead efforts to gather and utilize insights on competitors' products, go-to-market strategies, and our differentiators.
5. Competitive Messaging: Work with senior marketing leadership to craft narratives highlighting our industry-leading differentiators and integrate them into corporate content.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in marketing or a high-tech field; MBA/master's preferred.
* 10+ years in product or solutions marketing.
* 3+ years in competitive intelligence for SaaS offerings.
* Experience in creating empathetic persona messaging.
* Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex technical concepts.
* Strong technical knowledge of cloud-based software products.
* Experience in measuring marketing impact.
* Effective internal collaborator and communicator.
