About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity. This role is pivotal in driving our digital strategy, enhancing our online presence, and engaging our community through innovative digital campaigns. As a key leader within the organization, you will oversee the management of our website and digital platforms, ensuring they are optimized for user experience and aligned with our strategic goals. Your expertise will guide social media and email marketing initiatives, utilizing a data-driven approach to maximize engagement and fundraising efforts. You will lead the creation and delivery of compelling multi-channel content that highlights the stories of the children and families we support, inspiring action and fostering long-term relationships with our supporters.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, with proven experience managing digital platforms and campaigns in a nonprofit or similar environment. You should have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve ambitious goals. A data-driven mindset is essential, with proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, and Tag Manager. You should be confident in using Content Management Systems, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools. Creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities are vital. A degree or equivalent qualification in marketing, digital media, or a related field is preferred, along with a track record of delivering successful digital campaigns that have driven engagement and fundraising growth.
Responsibilities
* Lead the development and execution of the charity’s digital marketing strategy, aligning with organizational objectives and growth plans.
* Manage and optimize the Rainbow Trust website and digital platforms to ensure they are engaging, accessible, and effectively support fundraising and engagement activities.
* Oversee social media channels, creating and scheduling content that tells compelling stories and encourages supporter interaction.
* Design and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture relationships with supporters, donors, and stakeholders.
* Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, derive insights, and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
* Lead the production of multimedia content, including videos, stories, and visuals that highlight the impact of the charity’s work.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure digital activities are integrated with offline campaigns and other outreach efforts.
* Manage digital advertising campaigns, both organic and paid, with a focus on achieving measurable results.
* Stay updated on digital marketing trends and emerging technologies to keep Rainbow Trust at the forefront of digital innovation.
* Provide leadership and mentorship to the digital and design team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
