DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER – MATERNITY COVER 14 Months As one of the UKs leading homecare brands, with a strong reputation for innovation and quality, Minky Homecare are seeking a bright, enthusiastic and experienced individual to join our successful social medial marketing team for a maternity leave period. This role is central to driving brand leadership across Minky Homecare Social Media platforms through creative excellence, communication strategy and campaign delivery. You will be responsible for: • Development and implementation of annual Social Media plans for Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok and LinkedIn • Liaising with the Marketing team to create key product launch activity • Overseeing the success of the Minky Brand Ambassador program • Managing paid influencer activity and media agencies • Networking and relationship building with collaborative brands • Email marketing campaigns to drive sales growth on Minky web • Assisting in TikTok live events • Increasing followers on all organic social channels including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok • Briefing our in house Graphic Design and photography team to develop and create exciting content • Scheduling posts accurately and monitoring engagement • Reporting and analysis of social activity and email campaigns. Ideal Candidate • Marketing/Business Degree 2:1 • Ability to collaborate well and bring a positive energy to the team • 3 years experience in social media with another leading brand, retailer or Digital Marketing Agency • Creative, with a strong attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Full UK driving licence desired but not essential • Experience in the following areas is desirable: Organic social media Social media advertising (primarily Facebook / Instagram) Email marketing Influencer relationships Powerpoint and Excel Benefits Employee discount Company pension On-site parking Health & wellbeing programme Life insurance Sick pay Work from home
