As our UK franchise network continues to grow, we are looking for a Regional Franchisee Onboarding Manager to support new franchise partners as they launch and develop their businesses.
The Role
You will play a key role in supporting new franchisees during the early stages of their journey, helping them establish strong, compliant and successful care businesses.
Responsibilities include:
* Onboarding and supporting new franchise partners
* Recruiting Registered Managers and key team members
* Delivering training and development programmes
* Coaching and mentoring franchise owners
* Supporting franchise development and business growth
* Providing guidance on regulatory compliance and best practice
* Building local networks and partnerships
* Travelling across the UK to support franchise location
Skills & Experience
We are looking for someone with:
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Experience in coaching, mentoring or people development
* Knowledge of regulatory compliance (care sector desirable)
* Experience in business development or networking
* Strong organisation and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities
* Flexibility to travel across the UK
Experience in franchising or Domicillary home care would be advantageous.
