Teaching Personnel is recruiting motivated and enthusiastic graduates to support teaching and learning in secondary schools across South Manchester, including Chorlton, Didsbury, and surrounding areas, starting this September.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a secondary school environment. Responsibilities may include:
Supporting students aged 11–16 (and up to 18 in some settings)
Assisting teachers in delivering lessons across your subject specialism
Leading small group interventions and booster sessions
Providing one-to-one support for students who need additional help
Cover supervising lessons in the absence of the class teacher (where appropriate)
Ideal Candidates Will:
Hold a degree in any subject (core subjects particularly desirable: English, Maths, Science)
Have a strong interest in secondary education
Be confident working with teenagers in a classroom setting
Possess excellent communication and behaviour management skills
Be considering a future career in teaching

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
