Job Description
As the Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for:
3. Processing invoices
4. Raising invoices
5. Bank reconciliations
6. Supplier statement reconciliations
7. Dealing with queries
8. Preparing the payment runs
9. Supporting with the monthly payroll
10. Chasing outstanding debt
11. Any other adhoc duties
The Successful Applicant
In order to be considered for the Accounts Assistant role, you must:
12. Have previously worked in a similar role and be able to demonstrate this
13. Be immediately available or on short notice
14. Be able to commute to the office every day
15. Be able to work in part of a small team
16. Have excellent communication skills
17. Be able to multi task
