The Role
We are seeking a skilled Car & LCV Vehicle Technician with previous experience, strong teamwork skills, and a passion for automotive excellence. You will join our friendly team at our service centre in Waltham Abbey.
Responsibilities
1. Carrying out vehicle servicing, diagnosis, and repairs to high standards.
2. Communicating effectively with the service team and workshop control.
3. Occasionally speaking with customers to provide expert technical advice.
4. Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge.
5. Ensuring high levels of customer service to foster loyalty and referrals.
6. Maintaining good housekeeping standards and organized administration of work.
Requirements
1. Previous experience in a similar role.
2. Aptitude for multi-tasking and keen attention to detail.
3. Ability to work under pressure and maintain quality awareness.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Full clean driving license.
6. Own tools (bonus if available).
Schedule
* Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
* 8.5-hour shifts, overtime available
* Holidays
Additional Information
We are also a DPF specialist looking for a mechanic experienced in servicing, brakes, timing belts, and clutches.
