This role offers the opportunity to join a collaborative Financial Reporting team responsible for delivering accurate and timely reporting across complex client structures. A strong emphasis is placed on technical expertise, accuracy and stakeholder engagement.
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
* Preparing and reviewing statutory financial statements and interim financial reports.
* Maintaining accounting records, including reconciliations and accrual accounting processes.
* Preparing reporting in accordance with IFRS, FRS102 and other relevant standards.
* Liaising with relationship managers and accounting teams to ensure accurate reporting activity.
* Coordinating audit processes and liaising with auditors where required.
* Supporting tax and regulatory filing processes.
* Managing reporting for trusts, companies and complex fiduciary structures.
* Supporting institutional and family office client portfolios.
* Maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Supporting continuous improvement and efficient financial reporting processes.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA) with experience preparing financial statements within a fiduciary, fund or financial services environment. They will demonstrate strong technical knowledge of IFRS and FRS102, alongside excellent organisational and analytical skills. Experience with consolidated group structures and complex reporting environments would be advantageous. Strong communication skills, attention to detail and advanced Excel capability are essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively within a cross-jurisdictional team environment. The successful individual will be proactive, technically strong and comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
