Role Description
As an Engineering Manager, you will act as a leader and mentor while contributing to strategic planning and driving continuous process improvements across multidisciplinary delivery teams.
Engineering Manager (Energy) – Scotland
Permanent · Full‑time Leading multidisciplinary engineering delivery across major transmission and distribution projects. Coordinating surveys, optioneering, design, construction and commissioning activities across major energy programmes.
Qualifications / Requirements
* Chartered Engineer or working towards chartership
* Multidisciplinary engineering delivery experience
* Strong design, construction & commissioning coordination
* Strong Engineering Management and Team Leadership skills to guide and support diverse teams effectively
* Adaptable and solution-oriented mindset, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
