Responsibilities:
* I will be planning, executing, and closing projects within time-specific constraints, budgets, and scope.
* I will lead project teams, develop comprehensive plans, and manage risks while effectively communicating project status to stakeholders.
* I am responsible for managing and coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution.
* I will ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
* I will manage relationships and communications with project stakeholders.
* I will assist in defining projects and developing spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs.
* I will report project activities, timelines, impacts, and implications to project team members and stakeholders.
* I will ensure resource availability and allocation.
* I will manage relationships with third-party providers, end users, and all stakeholders.
* I will develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
* I will manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
* I will measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques and report and escalate to management as needed.
* I will track project performance and analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
* I will set and meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
