Job summary
This is a Sous Chef role at Claydon House, a 49-bedded Residential, Dementia and Nursing Home in Lewes. The home has a 'Good' CQC rating and is highly rated on Carehome.co.uk. Main duties of the job

* Part time 35 hours per week -
* Shift patterns are: 3 shifts 7am to 5pm and then one shift would be 5 hours to support the Head Chef
* £12.85 per hour

The role consists of straight shifts & no evenings! There will be a fully supported induction showcasing the technical skills required in healthcare and an opportunity to mentor our teams to progress in our own Chef academy.
