Our client, a highly respected town planning consultancy with offices across the UK, is seeking a Senior Town Planner to join their thriving Cardiff team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a business that is known for its fantastic reputation in the planning sector, a supportive team culture, and a diverse range of projects spanning residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Leading on a range of planning projects from inception to completion
2. Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals
3. Providing expert planning advice to clients
4. Mentoring and supporting junior planners
5. Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams across the business
What We’re Looking For:
6. RTPI chartered (or working towards chartership)
7. Strong experience within town planning – ideally from a consultancy background
8. Excellent knowledge of the UK planning system
9. Strong communication and project management skills
10. A passion for delivering outstanding results for clients
