Role Description
We are a creative street marketing company with a network of billboard sites across the UK. Clients come to us for our street level posters as well as 3D creative activations on our sites, in our venues and on the street. We have warehouses and workshops across the UK, with the main hub in NW10 where this role is based.
Our warehouses support the work of our Billposters, Builders, and Creative Studio, as well as processing and prepping the weekly poster campaigns for distribution. You will lead day-to-day Warehouse and Workshop Operations, ensuring safe, efficient and compliant operations. You will own the warehouse space to ensure it operates safely and effectively for workshop, depot, offices and prep areas.
You will also oversee smaller setups in Birmingham, Dundee, Glasgow, Edinburgh and Manchester, taking a holistic approach to ensure all warehouse spaces operate effectively and sustainably while managing budgets and expenditure.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Be the company lead on all aspects of warehousing and logistics.
* Set up the NW10 warehouse to accommodate growing needs and activities.
* Create workshop and prep zones in the space, adapting it to new tasks and techniques.
* Create plans for maximising space and for growth.
* Oversee satellite warehouse facilities, including setup, rent, rates, safety, utilities and services to ensure each space is effective and sustainable.
* Keep accurate cost records and provide expenditure forecasts.
* Collaborate with all warehouse users to identify improvements and implement them.
* Recruit, train and develop a motivated warehouse team and foster a positive, values-led culture.
* Act as a key connector between warehouse, studio, billposting, distribution and regional teams to drive collaboration.
* Drive operational efficiency by monitoring budgets, reducing costs where possible, and improving processes.
* Oversee health and safety compliance, audits and training to maintain high standards.
* Support company growth by collaborating with directors and managers and contributing to wider business goals.
* Oversee the setup and development of new warehouse spaces as the business grows.
* Create and implement plans for improved sustainable and green practices.
About You
* Proven experience in warehouse, distributors or workshop management.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with attention to detail and broad operational perspective.
* Experience managing operational budgets and controlling warehouse-related costs.
* Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving parts.
* Strong Microsoft Office skills and proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across teams.
* Decisive, solution-focused and able to handle unexpected issues effectively.
* Willing to go beyond core duties to support business growth.
* Experience managing and mentoring a team.
* Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessments and safe working practices.
* Enjoys working in a creative environment.
* Forklift licence experience and driving licence preferred.
