If you would like to be part of our journey to support students' lives, we are looking for a Deputy Exams Officer to join our team. You will be working alongside the Exams Officer to support the administration and the on the day organisation of exams runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities include supporting with managing of examination entries, securing and distributing exam papers, organizing examination sessions, training and supervising invigilators, communicating deadlines and procedures to stakeholders, ensuring data protection, and processing results and certificates.

The role requires strong organisational, communication, and ICT skills, with a high degree of accuracy and an ability to work to strict deadlines.

West Heath School is an Independent SEN residential school with charity status. We provide a therapeutically informed learning environment for children aged 10-19 who have suffered some form of trauma and are unable to access mainstream education.
