The Role
As a Key Stage 1 Supply Teacher, you will:
Deliver engaging lessons to KS1 pupils, including those with SEN, across multiple schools.
Differentiate learning and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
Create positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environments.
Support pupil progress and wellbeing in line with individual requirements.
Manage behaviour positively and consistently.
Collaborate with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs, parents, and external professionals.
About You
You should have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Experience supporting children with SEN (essential).
A patient, adaptable, and resilient approach.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
A genuine passion for helping children thrive in diverse school settings.
Knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and inclusive teaching practices.
