The Role: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our scaffolding business. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing project costs, preparing estimates, and ensuring commercial control from tender through to final account. This role requires strong knowledge of construction contracts, scaffolding methods, and cost management principles. Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate cost estimates, quotations, and tenders for scaffolding projects. Conduct site visits to assess project requirements, take measurements, and verify works completed. Prepare, negotiate, and agree valuations, variations, and final accounts with clients and subcontractors. Manage cost control and budget monitoring throughout project lifecycles. Produce and maintain bills of quantities (BOQs), schedules, and rate analyses specific to scaffolding works. Review contracts to ensure compliance with commercial terms, risk management, and profitability.
