Account Manager – Estate Agency - Field Based covering Bridgwater/Taunton area
This is a field-based role covering the Taunton / Bridgwater area.
The role
To manage designated customers daily to achieve activity and sales targets, building and maintaining strong relationships.
What you'll be doing
* Achieve new product targets in your responsibility area.
* Identify new business opportunities, present, and close with bespoke advertising solutions.
* Conduct regular account reviews to demonstrate value.
* Provide relevant product and service training to customers.
* Ensure all customers understand pricing and new Rightmove initiatives.
* Provide regular market feedback to the Area Director and Estate Agency Board.
* Participate in ongoing training to improve skills.
* Attend regional and national meetings.
* Maintain a CRM database of customers.
* Collaborate with Telephone Account Management and Customer Service teams to deliver excellent service.
