Faststream is working exclusively with a major operator to recruit an Onboard Services (OBS) Business Manager – a unique and varied role that places you in the driving seat of innovation, delivery, and partnership management across the company’s passenger service offering.
The Role You’ll be working closely with the Director of Onboard Services and the wider Passenger team to lead and manage exciting projects across:
* Food & Beverage concepts
* Retail shops (in partnership with World Duty Free)
* Entertainment and leisure (live bands, themed cruises, gaming, cinema)
* Third-party hospitality services
* Marketing, promotions, and onboard experiences
You’ll manage operational performance, help shape strategic initiatives, and drive new product launches – all while building relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners across the UK and EU.
