Sales Development Representative – SaaS

We’re supporting a fast-growing SaaS business in the eCommerce automation space, and they’re looking for a driven SDR to fuel their new business engine.

🚀 Key Responsibilities
* Execute high-volume outbound prospecting across email, phone, and LinkedIn
* Build, qualify, and nurture pipeline for the Account Executive team
* Book high-quality discovery calls and product demos
* Research ideal customer profiles and tailor outreach to specific challenges
* Collaborate closely with marketing to optimise messaging and lead flow
* Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline hygiene in Salesforce
* Consistently hit and exceed monthly opportunity creation targets
🌟 What We’re Looking For
* 1–2+ years’ experience in an outbound SDR or BDR role (SaaS essential)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Confident, structured, and highly resilient with a competitive edge
* Experience booking meetings with mid-market or enterprise customers
* Familiarity with modern sales tools (Salesloft, Outreach, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
* Eligible to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
📦 The Package
* £35,000–£40,000 base salary
* £20,000–£25,000 OTE
* Fully remote (UK)
